great hotel, very quiet, great price for family of four. We got two separeted bedrooms in 1 room, what I really like. The hotel is located approx 5 minutes walking from the bus stop and approx 10 minutes walking from the tram and less than 30 minutes ride from the city center. it takes approximately 1 hour to the airport using public transport. Also early breakfast available for request. Very friendly and helpful staff

Excellent value for money

I had a medical procedure at a clinic close to the hotel and the price in the hotel was exactly the same as if I would stay at the small hotel in the clinic, and there's no way to compare. This was a true hotel with excellent customer service and nice rooms. They gave us a welcoming sparkling wine.

Absolutely awesome hotel. Great specious room more like a small one room apartment. Very nice breakfast. Clean and quiet. Free parking. The only small downside is the distance to the tram or bus to the old town center.but since we came with a car and there is a park & ride free parking lot 3 min. drive from the hotel we had no issue with rhat. Bottom line great hotel especially for travelers with a car.

About as good as it gets. Nice big room very spacious air conditioning worked well, shower was fantastic, efficient check-in, restaurant looked good but we never made it there in time we had breakfast three times there and best meals we had in Prague. We never got into any fine dining because of our short stay and the fast food at McDonald's was total crap. I would recommend this hotel to anybody as it's in a beautiful location out of the craziness of staying in the city and basically a flawless day.

The hotel does not secure a parking for you, when we arrived it was full and we had to park on the street. The options for breakfast were good but if you arrive 30 min before the end of the breakfast you have only the leftovers as they do not bring more food even if one dish is finished.

I found all the accommodations at least acceptable. Being from the US, I generally expect rooms to have both heating and air conditioning. While this room did have heating, my stay was on a hot evening, and my only solution was to open the room’s windows to the slightly cooler outside. I was pleased to find my room had a clean bathroom equipped with complementary shampoo and plenty of hot water. The towels were completely adequate, and though not the softest, seemed to be clean and of good size. I found the rooms bedding on par with most hotels. Clean, of good size and comfortable. The carpeted floor was in good condition with no stains or visible wear. I cannot speak to its sterility. Of minor note, the room has clearly been renovated at least once, as well as its furniture. The visible electrical sockets were in an inconvenient location, far from both the rooms desk and permanent luggage rack. For its price, the room was perfectly usable, and quite nice considering its proximity to Prague.

Bra service innan ankomst. Blev dock nedgraderad andra natten. Hade bokat ett enkelt enkelsängsrum första natten då allt annat var fullbokat. Jag hade dock ett normalt dubbelrum andra natten. Personalen bokade dock om mig till enkelrum båda nätterna utan att meddela mig, trots att jag bokat/betalt för ett större. När jag klagade hade de redan hyrt ut det större rummet och jag fick snällt bo kvar i det lilla, trånga och varma rummet
