One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! Stort helpful staff, very nice rooms and conveniences. Easy to find and get to and from, both with car and in public transport. We will return!

A perfect place to stay in Prague - right on the subway yet with a large hotel parkade, with great restaurants in the hotel and in the nearby Arkady mall.

Great hotel, value and staff. And Calm and quiet unlike centre! Not in historic centre, but super easy & frequent metro link Lovely staff Huge shopping centre, with great shops and supermarket, 2mins walk away Interesting 1970s modernist architecture too

The hotel is close to a subway stop and very clean with really helpful staff. The room was a bit dated but immaculate. The only issue is the food- the food in the bar was expensive which you expect in a hotel but really poor quality and not really hot which was disappointing. The beer was served in a very visibly cracked glass and not sure why it was such an issue to poor the beer into a glass that was not about to shatter. Breakfast was also poor. I would stay again but I would not eat there.

On arrival the reception is very nice with approachable and helpful staff. Lovely spacious clean room! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in with soft fluffy pillows! Bath with shower over the top hair dryer also! There is also a fridge which is helpful for us brits who love to get milk for a fresh cuppa tea! Local amenities are very good nice and close to shopping centre and a train ride away from the city centre. Has a pool and spa facilities which I haven’t tried but looks really nice! Perfect hotel for a city break!

Really nice hotel with lovely staff. Room looks a bit tired but really comfortable bed and it’s very clean. Hairdryer is a bit old and overheated easily. Breakfast was really good. Had everything and more. Pool was freezing but big enough. Sauna: was good but you had to naked or use a bed sheet (🤔) to cover up and sit on. Overall very good but next time we stay in Prague we will pay a bit more and stay in the city centre. 18 min by uber or bolt. Thank you Hotel Panorama

Only complaint was two of the elevators were not working so would have to wait a long time for an elevator. Was so glad that they had several usb ports in the room. I forgot to bring my travel converter plug to charge our things, so happy they had more than one. Friendly staff. Was able to get early check in too.
