We also enjoyed Fabio, our server in the restaurant. Very personable and helped us with our Spanish. The property is beautiful and so tranquil. "

"We enjoyed a great family stay. Comfortable beds and room for all 5 of us. The pool was great. Really appreciated the covered kids pool. Though would have like to see more shade/umbrellas at the pool. Or less people (who seemed to never show up) saving those seats with towels. The swim up bar was a great feature and all who work there were friendly and kind especially to our kids and their seemingly non stop pina coladas. All the food was good. Though disappointing to buffet other than at breakfast. From what we understood this was due to lower occupancy. Although the daily buffet theme was still advertised on the activity’s board. Live music at the 5 o clock somewhere bar was excellent both nights we went. The beach is beautiful and only a few steps across a sandy road to get there. Security guys happily got us chairs when we asked. Location was great with the marina and bit of shopping close by. Felt safe to walk. Definitely would stay again at Margaritaville Playa Flamingo "

"Enjoyed our stay, very clean resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet and restaurants very good and lots of food options. Pool entertainment was fun very interactive with the guests. All the shuttle drivers were very nice and communicated well."

"The hotel rooms are very basic, and dated, but clean. There was no blow dryer. AC was cool, but noisy. It was fine for one night before we flew home. Very close to the beach. The breakfast was a full breakfast and filled us up for the morning. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s a small pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. If I were staying for a longer period I would book one of the villas which looked lovely and updated."
