"FR Hotel is a solid choice if you go to Ibague. We were on the third floor, same as the spa and the restaurant, and it had a unique charm to it as i walked around. The room was as shown in Expedia's listing as "Premium Suite". High ceilings, tall doors to the patio which had a nice view of the mountains. The staff wore smiles from the front desk to the restaurant. There was an issue getting hot water into the hot tub, but someone came up quickly to help and after some tinkering we had hot water....
