I can rate that the staffs and the facility excellent.

The hotel is about a 10 minute ride from Hongqiao airport. On the way to the hotel, the taxi driver told me in Chinese that he wasn't happy about the short trip. To make him happy, I promised him a big tip. About the hotel, it offered great value for the money. The room was big and comfortable. The fitness facility was actually a big health club for the paying public, that hotel guests could use. Thus, the gym was fully loaded and the indoor pool was big. At 630 am, the concierge booked...

Everything is excellent, location, cleanliness, breakfast and service. I will gladly come back again with no doubt.

Room size very good! Located on an excellent location. One block from the famous walking shopping street. The staffs are excellent. The only thing need to improve is the hair dryer, air comes out way too strong. Definitely gave you a typhoon hairstyle.

Location is good

The hotel itself was great. It was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best that I've had in Shanghai. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station which is a plus. Unfortunately, there is nothing else of note nearby.

I would like to thank the staff for excellent service. We were not happy with the room we booked, due to the view, and they were happily upgrade the room for us with river and the bund view (well worth the 300Yuan/night btw). The room service was quick whenever we asked for anything, even request to clean room at all hours of the day. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, the happy hour complimentary drinks, the lounge area (my wife’s favorite, which offer coffee tea and cookies 24/7), and...

Great location with fantastic view of the Shanghai Skyline, Pudong and the Bund. I took morning walks from the hotel to the bund, meeting interesting people from all over China and the world. Also, details of all the 1930 builds along the bund. Nice views from the restaurant and bar on the top floor too

Nice location only 5 mins walk to JingAn temple, close to shopping, sightseeing and easy access to transportation! Highly recommend to everyone!
