The rooms had a great rustic look and feel of the Tuscany country side plus breakfast offered was awesome and extremely good. I would recommend staying there and definitely would book it again.
It was truly an exceptional experience everything was at top rate quality. It takes less than 4 mintes go to the center of Florence because tranvia( transportation) is just close to the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

Horrible! Do not go there! Because if you stay there once, your standards will rise and you will have hard time comparing other hotels to this one which exceeded all standards. This hotel was excellent I have nothing negative to say about. the rooftop pool was nice the bar on the rooftop was very nice. the bartenders there gave excellent service the sandwiches they sell at the bar were delicious. The breakfast buffet was good in the morning. I went in July so it was hot the air conditioning in the room was excellent “hard thing to find in Italy” I would stay here again.
The staff was very nice. The hotel was very good. The location was fine, it was in a quiet place but walkable to all the surrounding points of interest. The lobby and the room were fine. The variety of the breakfast (buffet) was very good. I just didn't like the furniture of the room since it was a mixture of some different styles. The bathroom was nice, modern but one of the doors of the shower was missing so when we took a shower we spilled water all around.
