"Is this really a 4-star hotel? Miró’s bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were lumpy, the bathrobe was tattered, the shower didn’t seal and leaked into the corner of the bathroom, there is no in-room coffee maker, and the hotel has no outdoor space or restaurant for dinner. The room was pretty small too. In contrast, I stayed in a 3-star hotel the night before. It had a comfy bed, cozy comforter and pillows, fresh robes, an on-site restaurant, and a garden. Location of the Miró is pretty good - if you can find anything open besides the Guggenheim. Miró staff did answer all questions."

"I had a great stay. The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Bilbao. Everything was clean and comfortable, and overall I was very happy with the hotel. The only small inconvenience was that there are no irons available in the rooms, which would have been useful. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is an excellent location close to all major attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet. Air conditioning was excellent and much needed due to the humidity. Breakfast was included that was excellent. Staff was very helpful answering our questions"
