Residence Inn was very clean with friendly staff. I’d stay here again.

The Omni is a lovely hotel woth lots of amenities and very affordable. It is attached to a mall by a bridge from the 2nd floor, conveniently located in the downtown area, and quick walk to the Amica Center. The weekend we were there the staff was faced with the challenge of a system wide software failure preventing them from electronically checking in guests and makimg room keys. Regardless, check in was smooth and each and every time we went up to our room there was a bellhop waiting escort us...

Like most establishments, I think the restaurant may have been short staffed, but they came together as a whole and handled it professionally, calmly, and with the best customer service I have seen in a long time…… and the staff was very young and new! I was very impressed and will be back!!!!!

We are happy we chose this hotel because of the location and having breakfast included.

This is a great hotel! Staff was very friendly and quick to help with any questions. Exercise room was well equipped, and equipment was in great condition. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfy beds. The downside is that you have to valet, and that can get backed up. Also, there are limited dining options at the hotel, but many in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Brand-new hotel. Highly recommended. Very clean. Plenty hot water. Large bathroom, sitting area, sleeping area and full kitchen. Extremely quiet. Loved the free grocery delivery, Wi-Fi, and shuttle bus. Manager's reception had excellent food; more like dinner than snacks. WiFi kind of spotty but overall a nice place. Make sure you park on the lot right next to the hotel way cheaper than the cover garage next door

Perfect place to get for a quick trip to Providence

I would definitely stay again. My family loved it, especially my girls in the Snoopy room with bunk beds. The house, garden, amenities and environment was just perfect. I sat on the beautiful porch with hanging flowers and drank my coffee and read my book. I would def go just as a relaxing getaway. Perfect! Thank you!

Really like the hotel and the location. Our room was nice but in the worst location in the hotel. On the busiest street with buses and we could even hear the crosswalk beeping. Really annoying. Make sure you don't get a room ending in 14! Also valet parking is $45 a night. Highway robbery.

I stayed in the Twill Suite and it was perfect. Simple amenities but clean and comfortable. I really appreciated having a designated parking spot and flexible check in.

Great location and charming. Parking pricey for off site and the area outside the hotel is a little rough. Still it’s my favorite place to stay in Providence.

My first choice when in Providence, which is often. Love the location ( Brown and RISD)..great water view too. Excellent jumping off point for the East Bay Bike Trail, a beautiful 28 mile round trip to Bristol and back. Lots of good food options in nearby Fox Point.

There was shampoo but no condition which I needed

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great but seating area was small. In a busy area and close to restaurants. Houses next to the hotel were either abandoned or severely neglected. However the area was safe.
