This place is amazing. George and his staff made us feel extremely special. The rooms are spectacular, the view is incredible and the breakfast is fantastic. Everyone here treats you like royalty. This is the hotel to stay at whenever you are visiting Santorini.
This place is the total package, don't hesitate to book it. It has everything you could want, clean spacious room, amazing views, cool a/c if needed, great breakfast brought to you at time of your choosing, and most of all, Georgia and her husband, who were such gracious, friendly, helpful hosts.The room had everything we could have wanted or needed. We rented the biggest of the 4 rooms (the one with the private pool) and it was literally the best hotel experience in our lives. The room was clean, designed with love, interesting and had everything anyone could need. It's great for a couple but you can definitely make it work for 4 people. George and Albert made us feel like no request is impossible. The stay at Smaro Suites was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities you needed and the location was great. The team there is also great. They went above and beyond in helping to make all requests and accomodations. Whatever we needed we asked and they made it happen. They are very nice and allowed us to stay on the property and even use a Jacuzzi after we checked out and waited until our flight in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

Staying at Villa Ilias was magical. It was the perfect location. Walking distance to Fira. George and Mary were wonderful host. They arranged transportation to and from hotel. Breakfast was included and was wonderful. We had a partial view from our room of the caldera, but once we went to the deck, just amazing. Would definitely stay again.
My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nts. and LOVED everything about this place. The staff was GREAT! They carried our bags up/down the stone steps. This hotel has a great staff and is perfect for a few nights in Santorini. The view from the hotel is beautiful, can see the rest of Fira, the volcano, along with the sunset. The location is great, just a 10 minute walk to the center of Fira where you can find restaurants, bars and shops.
