"We only did a overnight stay as travelling, room was a lovely size, big comfy bed which we both had an amazing sleep in, only downfalls were some stains on the laminate flooring, the bathroom lock partially came off when attempting to use, a pack of tissues on the side with the hotel logo on it had something stuck to it which was a yellow in colour so they were put back where they were found. The room could have been cleaned a tad better but on a whole comfy night, helpful staff. The honesty...

"The only I had was that when I got into the shower in the morning there was no shower gel. Unfortunately, for me personally, this is quite a big deal.
Other than that, the hotel is great and is centrally located to most things. Big bonus is the driving range, golf course and gym / spa facilities."

The hotel is located in Bispham, to the north of Blackpool, but with good, fast connections via tram to the town and the area is quieter. The room was simple, very small and a little cold at this time of year, but the bed was fine and the shower and bathroom offered all that was required.

Wonderful, beautiful property. Refurbished 3 years ago but looks like it was just done. Lovely!. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Right across street from beach area and family friendly activities. Quiet area. Glad I chose this area and hotel rather than in a city. Would return!!
Room clean, staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from. The hotel is in a great location for town centre and train station. Would definitely stay here again.
Very easy to find. Michael and Eddie, along with their two dogs were absolutely wonderful! They gave me a proper welcome and showed me to my room. The room itself was perfect! Highly recommend!
Cute, well-priced hotel in Heysham village. Wonderful English breakfasts get every day off to a good start. Location is awesome for fantastic views-2’ to the sea and 40’ to The Lakes. Rooms are cosy with nice en-suite bathrooms!
