The staff was very accommodating and happy to meet any need or request we had. Once the staff knew the purpose of our visit, they shared additional tips and places to visit, which made our visit even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The breakfast included was great. We also had dinner at the hotel and found the food delicious and the prices reasonable. I would definitely recommend the restaurant as well.

This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient Just be prepared as the desk is not always manned. Make sure you have entry code sent to you in advance and arrange for parking if required.

Greeted warmly by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink, which my friend and I enjoyed in the lovely garden. We had a garden room, set up with two fairly comfortable beds. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed (no microwave oven, though). The main building had a small gym and several indoor lounge areas, plus a third floor terrace, so lots of space to get out of your room.
