When I got to the resort my heart felt to the ground. This amazing resort was on top of a mountain. The view were spectacular. You see the entire city Bocoli. There was two things I loved the most. Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.
Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.

Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!
The thing about this hotel is that it probably got a 5star rating because it was on the water and it deserves a 5star rating for bringing or near the town of Ponte,it's remarkable restaurants,it's history and wonderful people.

Fabulous hotel with amazing pool, hot tub, cold plunge. Great breakfast included. Family suite is very large and great for family of 4. Definitely would stay again.
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.

We chose to stay here as to wanting to be near the coast. I had booked this based on reviews. This hotel was wonderful, staff was amazing, rooms are what we expected for Naples. Area is most likely one of the safest. You have everything at your fingertips. Nightlife, restaurants, cafes, sunbathing, the Port of Naples and their major "downtown" shopping area, all within walking distance. Views! Loved it so much staying there again.
We loved our stay here. Luxurious rooms, amazing pool and waterfront. Lovely lounge chairs. Lovely seating areas. Aqua-spa. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Cocktails were delicious and well presented. If you need to escape the rest of the world, or treat yourself, or get engaged, or celebrate a honeymoon or an anniversary or a big birthday, this would be a great place to get off the grid and escape into a retreat for yourself.

I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. The rooms are on the first floor of the building so it can be noisy sometimes. Each room has a different movie or celebrity name. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Caracciolo. We only were staying one night in Naples and needed a place close to the train station to drop off friends as we came into Naples, close to the airport for leaving the next day, and had a place to park our rental car. The Palazzo Caracciolo seemed to fit the bill, and happy to report it was a perfect fit.
