The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.
Le Stanze del Principe was the right place we stayed on our recent trip, but it rates #1. In addition to its fabulous location and its charming accommodations within walking distance to dozens of great sights and fabulous food options, we experienced by far the best customer service we’ve had on any of our travels.
Giangi I as they nest. He went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay as easy as possible. His directions to the place were super clear, and he stayed on top of our...
The hotel staff were wonderful, offering suggestions about the local attractions. You get the real feel of Naples walking the small streets of Quartiere Spagnoli. Will definitely stay at Il Convento on our next trip to Naples.
This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it.
Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all.
Finding the hotel via car is virtually impossible because- 1. GPS/Apple maps/Google maps don't work in...
Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.
Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.
Cheers!
Beautiful family owned villa that treated all guests as their own. Excellent food, breakfast was amazing each morning overlooking the gulf. Hospitality outstanding! Made reservations for all suggestions, shuttle to to and from
town was great. Ischia was amazing and we can’t wait to come back!!!
Dahiana is very friendly and extremely helpful. She make everything clear and easy for us during the check in process. She also recommended a great local restaurant for us. I’ll pick this hotel again if I come back to the city.
Great location, only a few minutes walk to the Negombo beach. Amazing breakfast, 24/7 pool access. Great for families, and for couples. Definitely reccommend.
The Naples city center-or Centro Storico-is a hive of activity and some would say utter chaos. It's a rabbit warren of narrow streets and alleys, many impassible to cars. This hotel provides a luxurious, safe oasis amidst the craziness. A tremendous plus is that you can actually drive to this hotel so taxis can get there. Trust me, this is a big deal in this neighborhood! The room was well appointed and had windows that blocked out the street noise. Also, a beautiful bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub-...
We really enjoyed our stay at the Ulisse. The room was large and clean (shower was small but bathroom was clean). The staff is friendly and multi-lingual. The breakfast was diverse and well stocked with an active staff on hand. We loved the two pools with plenty of deck space as well as the terrace on the third floor with the lovely view. The location is excellent with ready access to the beaches and a ten minute walk to either Castello Aragonese area or back toward the shopping district at...
I enjoyed the experience. The quality was great given the price and the staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful! I was at first a little apprehensive because I was worried about not being able to find the hotel so I appreciated the video guide sent to me a few days prior. This was my first solo travel trip and I felt very safe staying with H22. On my second night around midnight it seemed that the power went out in the entire building but it was quickly resolved (less than 10 minutes)....
Lovely service, amazing breakfast, Clean rooms.
Room was tiny with no room to move between the beds and the desk-every time, one person had to move out of the way.
Internet was extremely spotty.
Everything else was wonderful.
I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. The rooms are on the first floor of the building so it can be noisy sometimes. Each room has a different movie or celebrity name. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. There's a shower with a rainfall shower head but the water pressure was weak. There was also no door so water splashed all over the rest of the bathroom. The...
