I travel frequently, but I can honestly say the staff at your hotel are among the best I have experienced. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine willingness to ensure every guest feels happy and well looked after really stood out. A special mention goes to Fatima, Gökhan, Sami, Mimet, Matt and Saadettin for their exceptional service. The Italian and Steak House à la carte restaurants were also fantastic and a real highlight of our stay."

"Clean rooms "

"The sea view I ordered was great. Four days of rain, not so much…There are places in the rooms where the hotel is showing its age. I enjoyed the fruit plate brought after checkin. There were special entrees during summer season (fresh pasta, sushi) but nothing during this winter visit. The Starbucks in the patisserie is rather expensive and was always empty during my visit, but it was quite busy when it opened during my April visit. I’ll be back next summer or fall, I’m sure!"

"I spent almost a month at this hotel which was clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach, and the restaurant served good food. But the real gems were the staff. Everyone was over the top nice and helpful but two people deseve special recognition. I needed so much help with documents for my visa and Melis was more helpful and efficient than a personal assistant! I am so grateful to her. And Guler, the housekeeper on my floor took such good care of me! These ladies were so amazing and are the reason I will go back to this hotel whenever I visit Antalya. "

"The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again"
