Incredible service, but room details need attention The reception team here was fantastic—super helpful and went out of their way to assist us. However, we did have an issue with the room layout: the window on the second door couldn't be shut completely, which wasn't ideal. If that minor maintenance issue gets fixed, it's a solid place to stay thanks to the excellent service.

I had a great stay at Privado Hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and having a gym on-site was very convenient. The location is excellent—close to the marina, bazar, and lots of food options nearby. For couples, I’d recommend booking a suite. Ours was very nice and spacious, with a queen-sized (almost) bed that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a solid choice and I’d gladly return.

My mother and I stayed at the Privado for 12 days at start of December 2025, and we liked the hotel. It is very clean with daily housekeeping with very friendly cleaners. The hotel staff have been really amazing especially the reception staff who helped us when we had questions about Antayla. A special thanks for two occasion; when I requested some fried omelette for my mum during breakfast and they made it for her, and when I asked where I can buy some bubble wrap as I bought some jars of honey and food items in Antayla that I wanted to bring home, they gave me bubble wrap and were really helpful!

This hotel worked perfectly for us. The staff were very helpful which was important for us because my husband has some mobility issues. They helped us make arrangements for special tours and provided other services. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. We chose a family room because the layout gave us lots of space. The location was just what we wanted. It is very close to the old city area, a easy walk, but also provides an introduction to a friendly contemporary neighborhood with good local restaurants which we really enjoyed. Great shopping is also close. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated next to the old town and is about a 20-minute walk from the beach, which is not a public beach. To reach the nearest open beach, you will need to take a bus and then walk for about 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I found the edge of the bathtub to be unsafe it has a sharp metal edge that has caused my leg to hurt every time I've used the toilet.

The location of the hotel is good. Walking distance to many places. Provided breakfast is OK - not much to expect here. My room was clean and the personal maintained it that way each day during my visit. Something which was bad was the noise level - and it was not noise from outside it was from the AC which lived its own life, the freezer and the neighboring rooms. You heard every bathroom visit to which tv program was watched. If you don't have problem with noise when sleeping - go for it, stay here! I recommend the location. If you don't - stay away!

Good location, clean facilities, decent breakfast. All in all it was very comfortable, but I found the signposts to the rooms very bad. On the top loft floor, rooms are accessible via a walkway on a balcony along the wall. No signs which rooms are to the or straight, so guests will have to walk all directions and look for it. And who could think that 300 rooms are located on lower floors than lower than 200 and 100? And in order to take the stairs to the 200 rooms, one has to take a staircase that has arrows to some 300 rooms. I think there were idiots putting up the signs here, otherwise hotel is good.

Nice hotel but noisy

Very nice staff and friendly. Hotel was also very clean. There was very loud noise from traffic (big trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, people shouting) in the street. The noise continued till the early hours of the morning which led to my family and I not having a good night rest. We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and for convenience. I dont think I would stay here again due to the noise. Also the breakfast was not the greatest but i guess the price of the breakfast reflects the variety and food and drink options

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel during our 1 month trip to Turkey. We should have stayed somewhere along the Konyaalti beach instead of 3 days in old Antalya city. The hotel staff, especially 2 guys at the reception, is super helpful, kind and informative. They are always willing to help. However, the owner or manager (a middle aged lady) of the hotel is very stingy. She is even reluctant and stingy when it comes to getting hot water. The hotel is located right next to a Doner place. When you open the window, the smell of grilled meat and sausage comes in through the window.
