"The location is extremely convenient. Many of Prague’s main attractions are within walking distance, and the hotel is also close to Prague Central Station, making it convenient for trips outside the city.
The room was cozy and comfortable. I’m quite particular about showers, but this hotel passed my test — there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice staff, yummy restaurant in the lobby, spacious clean rooms. No complaints other than some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator so it’s possible that you’d have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The Augustine is the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. It was exceptionally quiet, clean and luxurious. I'm glad we splurged on this one! We didn't eat at the restaurant, choosing instead to walk a few blocks to the local cafes and shops, so I don't know about the quality of the food. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Had an "attic loft deluxe double room" which was very spacious, ample and well designed cabinets and all expected amenities.

This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate.
