"Building is shared with another hotel so quite confusing when entering the location for shared taxi as it shows up as something else. The property is pretty nice but has a strong smell in the lobby which I guess is geared for a Zen experience. "

"I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Check-in was a breeze—they verified my info quickly and handed over the room key right away, taking less than 4 minutes total. The front desk staff were so helpful; when I asked about public transport, they explained the routes clearly and gave me a printed schedule. The room’s cleanliness was impressive too—vacuumed carpet, shiny bathroom fixtures, and all toiletries neatly arranged."

"Very nice convenient location inside a small mall with great, well-loved Cantonese restaurant Taotao Ju on the first floor easily accessible from hotel. Although it’s inside the mall, it is not loud. There was renovation going on during my stay but it did not disrupt my sleep. The amenities in this hotel are kind of unmatched, and I’ve stayed at many different hotels during my travels. The very useful and thoughtful but not common amenities included with your stay: bug spray, sleeping eyemask...
