8/10 Very good

Room very clean and well maintained and bed very comfortable. A little inconvenient is you always need to take the lift to go to the 22nd level which is the lobby and then change lift to go down to your room and similarly when you need to go out. Location is good with many eateries

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful Hotel. I stayed here in 2009 when it opened. It was in the middle of nowhere. Well that changed! Great area of Guangzhou…food and shopping in walking distance. Check out the Mall of the World. 30 casual restaurants where the locals dine. Accommodating staff, good breakfast and great views! Highly recommend.

Great property, great location

Great staff and Club floor reception. Great location. Club floor food could be a bit more western as it is geared to the Chinese guests.

8/10 Very good

The hotel room was clean but had weird configuration that gave me an impression that the it cluttered. And the hotel lobby was at a higher floor of the building which was also confusing to me. The location was very good though.
