Jozankei is home to Jozankei Hot Spring, so why not stop by during your stay in Sapporo. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. Sapporo has other activities you might want to enjoy such as Sapporo Dome.
Skiers and snowboarders might want to test out the slopes at Kokusai Ski Resort, a skiing spot located 14.4 mi (23.1 km) from central Sapporo. If you master the slopes, Kiroro Resort is also located nearby.

Close to Chitose airport bus stop but not close to JR Sapporo station but I was travelling by bus both in & out.

"Location is everything! In the heart of Sapporo between Odori and Susukino, easy access to food, shops and transportation.
Room was clean and spacious. Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new.
Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED.

"Excellent hospitality, fantastic breakfast on site (definitely get it). Rooms are very large, hotel has an incredible ground floor, very spacious with multiple lobbies with excellent furniture, music, etc.
Only downsides are that there is no laundry on site (5 minute walk to a small coin laundry) and that the hotel is a bit dated, but kept in acceptable condition.
Would definitely stay here again. "
