"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"An amazing experience in a traditional Japanese inn! The room was expansive and spacious, and definitely try the onsen, even if it seems intimidating to try as a foreigner. I experienced it in the winter after hiking snow trails, so it really soothes the body! The surrounding resort is beautiful and easy to walk to many hotspots in the area. The non-reservation restaurant on B1F is nice, but their menu is limited in the evening, so plan ahead if you are looking for nighttime dining. "

Amazing ryokan style hotel, highly recommended. The omakase dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Surpassed our expectations with the hotel and the surrounding area. Beautiful place with lots of outdoor activities depending on the season. We visited during November and it was the most beautiful place we seen in Hokkaido, including the drive into and out of it. This place would be our top priority when we visit Hokkaido again.
This property is amazing especially having your own onsen in the room. Meals were very traditional, our fanciest meals of our trip to hokkaido. Location very quiet and serene.
Their bus shuttle service from Susukino to their door was impressive with on time service and ease of online reservation. Unfortunately, they don’t have Chitose airport shuttle but catching the airport bus nearby in Sapporo was also convenient.
The breakfast and dinner were fabulous with way too much food for us. Coffee and crescents after breakfast plus alcoholic beverage options with snacks at 7pm were a delicious sampling of Japanese dishes.
You definitely don’t go hungry.

Beautiful hotel! Pictures do no justice to the beauty of the style and finishing of the rooms. The town and nature surrounding this hotel are beautiful.

Have tried 2 other onsen bath hotels in Japan, this is the best. Definitely recommend to anyone wants to try a traditional Japanese hot springs (onsen).
Room was clean and the mattress and pillows were more comfortable than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We extended our check out time and that process was very easy as well. Would stay here again.
