"Location was very convenient for enjoying the Rideau Canal Skateway, appreciating the beautiful architecture around Parliament, great lunch and dinner options. Kids really appreciated the pool and breakfast, as well as the comfy sofa bed. The bath products were a really nice touch. And Dyson was exceptional at the front desk - full of information, going above and beyond with requests and tips. He made our stay truly wonderful."

"What a cozy place to stay! We felt at home. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was kept clean. It is great for families like us! The room was warm and cozy, clean and the layout is great. The hotel offers breakfast but we never tried. They also have a hot beverage station which was a huge hot, especially hot chocolate before heading out for winter fun activities! Parking was very convenient.
