"Pros: Rooms were very spacious & clean. The plunge pool with the views is worth the extra $$. Stunning! One of the best sunset views I’ve witnessed. Lobby, housekeeping and valet staff were very helpful, friendly & attentive. Cons: The food. We ordered steak and fries & the fish dish. The dishes were underwhelming in flavor considering the premium pricing. The setting and service were great, but the food definitely needs improvement."

"Isabel cleaned our room beautifully and was super professional. We loved Carlos at the main pool, excellent service! The hotel does need to add a lot more fans around the dining areas and the adult pool is extremely hot, may be because the tile is black.. just not a refreshing splash."

"The hotel is located at a 3min walk from Playa Hermosa. The property is really well maintained and has all amenities. We booked the Jr. suite which was clean and kitchen fully stocked with appliances like a full size fridge, toaster, microwave, induction and a coffee maker. They also had cutlery stocked up in the cabinets which made it easier to use. The only hiccup we faced was the WiFi that didn't seem to work when we arrived in our first room but the staff was helpful and changed our room on request. The breakfast was filling and really tasty, as well as the service was really attentive. Thank you for a great stay experience. If you're planning to stay in Costa Rica for a long time, choose this hotel as it'll be easier for you to navigate. Thank you for the staff the check-in and check-out went smoothly."
