"We spent 7 days at Mai Samui and I don't think they knew we were there. Even though we went to the front desk every day, needing, and I mean needing to ask for something, they were either clueless or gave us a bold-faced lie about something. My girlfriend is never has anything bad to say about anyone or anything and she, to my surprise, used the word "awful." I agree. Facility is generally okay, good pool

"This place is in a nice location, restaurant is good, beach is nice, right by the peir (dosnt effect the swimming) Rent a scooter forsure to explore. The rooms were a littlw outdated as are most. Rooms were clean but the building is so old it didnt feel 5/5 clean. Possible mold in walls that gave off a moldy smell. Staff sprayed the rooms and then it was fine.. shower was okay. Could use some TLC. Water pressure below average. Pool

"This is a very under rated resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As soon as we got there we felt so relaxed. The resort itself is a bit off the main road so it’s a bit of a walk to anything but we just rented a scouter to rip around everywhere so it really wasn’t an issue. It’s actually nice that it’s away from everything as you get a more peaceful experience. The whole theme and landscaping of the resort is beautiful as well as an amazing pool

"We came hoping for a quiet getaway and we couldn't have asked for a better place to do this than Milky Bay Resort on Koh Phangan. Even though this property is set back not far from the main road, it is so quiet and right on the beach. We could see the beautiful calm beachview from our room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast choices were wonderful as well as the menu for lunch and dinner right there at the resort. The pool
