This hotel is great, especially since it’s not all-inclusive! The staff were so friendly and helpful. And the restaurant? It was my favorite because the food was absolutely delicious.

6/10 Good

Front desk staff super nice! Property aged, but can tell staff work hard to maintain within their means. Bathroom super clean, bed clean and comfy. Room outdated but comfortable. Excellent transition accomodation for one night between negril and airport

I love staying at Toby's. The entire staff is always kind and helpful. The rooms are always clean. My favorite part is the Traditional Jamaican Breakfast Menu in the restaurant. I also love sitting by the pool to read. I had an issue with the shower. I mentioned it to the staff, left for a meeting and when I returned to the hotel it was fixed. My only regret is that since my financial situation has changed I couldn't tip as much as I would have liked to this time.
