"I enjoyed my stay! The staff was superb. Ready and willing to assist. Alejandro was a standout staff member!!! Can’t wait to visit again very safe for American visitors!!"
"Customer service vey good. Facilities need updating. The entrance is kind of mysterious. No visible. Room smell old. Towels old, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee maker in room.
Location is good close to restaurants and shopping mall. "
"It's a dream property in the best neighborhood of Cali. The staff are incredible friendly and helpful with all that you need. An incredible pool, a tennis court, a waterfall, all in the middle of nature with amazing trees. You can order to the pool from a Peruvian restaurant that serves amazing food. They also have spa. "
"The staff at AcquaSanta is as phenomenal as the property itself! Thank you to everyone there!!
The minute I walked in I knew this was going to a great experience. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable!"
"The hotel was modest but clean and modern. The surrounding area was nice, quiet with a good variety of cafes nearby and a small supermarket too. Little far from the main part of town but the taxis were very cheap "
"De los mejores tiene seguridad las 24 horas el desayuno al 100 súper bien no me quejo de nada soy de puerto Rico y cuando vuelva a Cali me quedo ahí "
"A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. "
"Excelente opción Green Friendly / ecológica. Con sus propios paneles solares, cultivos y propiedad con mucho verde lograron sorprenderme gratamente. El desayuno es simplemente delicioso, fresco y muy bien pensado. El área de comidas es excelente, rodeada de naturaleza y muy bien pensada. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen vistas preciosas, aire acondicionado funcional y agua caliente deliciosa. Sinceramente recomendaría el lugar y sin duda volvería a quedarme. "
"I could not have been more pleased... more pleasantly surprised. Small hotel with very attentive staff that were very responsive and respectful.
The location of the hotel has a number of restaurants within a couple of small blocks. The El Caney neighborhood of Cali has the reputation of being safe. That was my experience while walking around during the day."

This was my first visit to Colombia. I’m so glad I stayed at Alko Nispero. I met the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Duvan who made my stay so welcoming and safe. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was getting to places safely, recommendations for food and overall was a great person to speak with.
The breakfast was delicious - everything fresh and great portion. And it was free with the reservation. The food at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent as well....
