Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the service at this hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The lobby team made us feel welcome right away, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The restaurant staff were equally outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and made every meal an enjoyable experience with their excellent service and attention to detail. It was clear that everyone took pride in making guests feel valued. The outstanding hospitality throughout the hotel truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service, and I look forward to staying here again.

We had a great time at this new hotel, everyone was really nice and clean and friendly. Can't wait until our next visit to Pance, and hopefully the steam room and jacuzzi are finished so we can enjoy them.

Overall good experience only thing was not having free breakfast which was sold to me when booking it on Expedia. All options on the room selections had free breakfast. When arriving at the hotel, they said no breakfast was included.

Everything was great only issue was food wasn’t that great. Breakfast that’s included is not great and it’s the exact same thing everyday. I just wish they had different or more options daily.
