"Staff was great. Helped me get an appropriate room, they weren't overly busy and were glad to accommodate my room request for a fair fee. Room service was excellent. I've been to this restaurant when not staying at the hotel the food is always good. Breakfast Buffet, only non 5 star experience. Limited hot food, Selections of cold meats and cheeses, pre poured smoothies and overnight oats... If you are including it in your reservation the price is worth it. If you are paying for your breakfast at the time, opt for the menu items instead. Sauna was great, gym is decent for a hotel, but not for someone serious about lifting. There's a goodlife down the street though. Pool was packed with children, which with the water slide is what it is for. They were enjoying themselves."
