"We always stay here when in transit through Nairobi. This wasnt our best stay as unfortunately our room was right next to the door that opened on to the lift landing and the door kept banging all through the night. Also the bar had run out of ice which we weren't told when we ordered our "warm" cocktails. The hotel were extremely apologetic about both issues and the duty manager came to speak to us personally so it wont deter us from staying there again. Great customer service!

"We stayed at 3 different hotels in Nairobi, all about the same price. This one was the best of the bunch by a long shot. Clean, pool, nice bar, helpful staff, convenient and safe location for restaurants and shopping. Got us a boxed breakfast since we had to leave at 5 am. A real winner !"
