"Comfortable overnight stay in between flights. Raining upon arrival but stayed dry thanks to underground parking/drop off. Friendly greeting. Great value on adjoining rooms. Excellent breakfast with service starting 6 a.m. Location convenient to Wilson Airport. Suggestion: add hand towels in bathroom."
"Upgraded room offered additional space for unwell guest. Wonderful staff trying to make everything perfect. Great job. Beautiful gardens. A lovely, heavenly respite in busy Nairobi."
"I found the staff ot tb the best part of the stay. Very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean, and although buildings under construction blocked the view, I still got to see the cityscape from my room. The shuttle service was ideal for getting to and from the airport on time. The driver was very kind and made sure I was picked up and dropped off with care.
The restaurant was a plus as I was too exhausted to go looking for food when I arrived. I would recommend this hotel for...

"I really like this stay there was definitely A1, I do wish they had other provisions and I would have stayed such as a microwave oven a mini refrigerator. A very good hotel I really did like it. However sleeping was difficult at night because of outside noise."
"The condition of a property is important, but the service and kindness of the staff is more valuable than anything else. The staff from Weston are the most nice and serviceable people I ever encountered in a hotel. Kudos to all of you!"
Lowest nightly price found within the past 24 hours based on a 1 night stay for 2 adults. Prices and availability subject to change. Additional terms may apply.
I just got back from a 3 night stay at Baraka Tower and it was such a nice hotel with amazing central ac! I loved the staff so friendly and attentive! The breakfast was pretty good too. I had dinner a couple of nights and enjoyed the food. Big servings too! I was always greeted and asked how everything was. I recommend staying here. Budget friendly and pretty close to everything I needed. Ubers are easy to get and super cheap! $2-$4usd depending where you're going.
Staff is very warm, kind and helpful, The food is very good and the service is exceptional. Installations are cleaned and well maintained. The only thing is the quality of the coffee, which needs to be improved to match the high level of other beverage and food items.
We scheduled to have a car pick us up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. My wife and I were picked up by a very friendly employee (Antony) who introduced us to his city and taught us about the area during the drive. There was quite a bit of traffic at the time we landed, so the drive to the hotel took almost an hour.
Upon arrival to the hotel, the car was stopped at the gate where dogs sniffed us (and the car) and a few security guards did a search of the vehicle. Once inside the gate,...
First off, the entire staff at Radisson Blu Nairobi are terrific; their service is above and beyond. After flying for over 20 hours, when I arrived at the Radisson in the middle of the night I was informed that there was a glitch with my online booking and the hotel was overbooked. What could have been a major inconvenience, the night manager (HUGE thank you to Steven) went above and beyond to make my accommodations as comfortable as possible. The hotel even upgraded me to an executive...
I almost didnt book with this facility, based on reviews I had read. I am so glad that I ignored the haters. Compared to my experience, their negative comments are unfounded.
I stayed at the Sarova Stanlet on 2 occasions during an 8 day stay in Kenya and my stays were excellent. The staff is courteous, accommodating, and made great suggestions on what to do while in Nairobi. The delicious daily buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the Thai restaurant in the hotel serves some of thee most delicious Thai food I've ever eaten in the world. Dinner even comes with a brief massage! My second stay at the end of my trip to Kenya included a free upgrade to a club...
We cannot say enough about our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you can ask for-- excellent restaurants, night club, lounge, heated pool, game room including pool/table tennis, immaculate gym, and very warm/accomodating staff. Location is out of the main city so it's more peaceful and our Viator tour guides had no problem picking us up from the hotel free of charge for any excursions. The hotel also provided transportation to and from the airport for a very...
I really enjoy this hotel for work travel. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and attractive. The shower works perfectly. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Clean hotel, very quiet area away from busy areas, close to a mall and lot of restaurants with short uber drive. Very friendly staff, good food, clean spacious rooms. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment suite , spacious and great value for money. No a/c, has a pedestal fan, very comfortable sleep. My only concern is our bed, probably needs replacing. There is construction for expansion outside, but did not have any negative effects on our stay! Highly recommend !
Norfolk Fairmont is easily the classiest and most beautiful hotel we have stayed in. Everything including staff and service are unparalleled. Plus it's Nairobi's oldest hotel, where US President Roosevelt, British royalty, Ernest Hemingway and a score of other historical figures have stayed - and loved.
