"It's an older building and rooms, though spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient as it's relatively close to public transit and a bit over 1 km from the main railway station, Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Staff is courteous, but note that the front desk is not staffed full time. Unfortunately, because of cold weather we were unable to enjoy the central patio of the hotel, although it looked very nice from our window. "

"Its proximity to the great landmarks of Berlin. Within 10 minutes are The Reichstad, Brandenburg Gate, Holocaust Memorial, and the great museums of museum Island. Great transportation hubs for Potsdamplatz and Alexander platz. 2 S Baum stops from central train station. Loved the hotel and area. "

"Helpful when I left my wallet in the backseat of an uber. Barman was enchanting. Food in the morning was excellent and the service very good. The hotel is close to the subway but the area is otherwise rather dead and while within walking distance of major museums and restaurants it feels rather desolate otherwise."
