Second stay, and just as happy as the first time. This was my second time at Garner Berlin Mitte and it lived up to my memories. The room was spotless, cleaned carefully every day, and everything from the bed to the bathroom felt fresh and well kept. The location is excellent, close to Checkpoint Charlie and within walking distance of Mitte and Kreuzberg. What really stands out is the staff: friendly, attentive and always ready to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. My only small wish: that the broken coffee machine had been working. Next time, maybe! 😄 I’ll definitely be back for a third stay.

8/10 Very good

Excellent location and clean. The rooms are very tiny, though. There is only a shower so if you need to soak after walking long distances in the city, that is not going to happen. The morning breakfast is decent and convenient. The bar/restaurant associated with the hotel is meh (the food lacks flavour). Yes, I would use this hotel again. The inconveniences are minimal.

Upon arrival staff were welcoming and friendly. Offering advice on places to visit. The room was large and comfortable. Clean and tidy with everything you would need including a fridge. Good links to the rest of the city via the underground a 2 minute walk away.

Clean and tidy room which was quiet and had comfy pillows and a good size shower Didn’t make use of the hotel facilities so cannot comment but staff were friendly and hotel felt welcoming and in a really good location from the airport and to get to some main tourist sites

This was a fantastic hotel - staff were very helpful, location was excellent, rooms were well kept and clean, only thing we were missing were tea-making facilities, but the free water and biscuits at Reception made up for that somewhat and was a nice touch when we'd come back from a long day of sightseeing!
