I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything. I am currently in Porto wishing I was back at my beautiful retreat again. Also, the dining area bar for breakfast and snacks very...
Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!
I had originally booked this apartment for April, 2020, so when I was able to rebook this trip, I based my visit around this same room, and I am thrilled I did. HUGE, clean, comfortable, nice staff, free laundry, lovely outdoor space. The hotel is surrounded by clubs, but the music shut off at 10pm sharp, and it is on a steep hill. Those aren’t negatives, just points of information. I’d stay here again, and again, and again. I was in a smaller studio (still quite large) for two days before going...
Our stay at Casa do Patio was amazing and we plan to stay there again when we return to Lisbon. Our favorite things were:
- Friendly staff, every staff member always greeted you with a smile and an Olá, from the reception to the cleaner, to the cooks in the kitchen preparing breakfast. They helped us with directions and gave us local tips as well.
- Breakfast, the breakfast everyone morning was delicious, with lots of options, LOTS of pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, coffee, fresh juice and many...
Check-in was very fast and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was in great location. Restaurants are very closed by and the staff provided me with suggestions what places to go.
Everything was great especially Pedro who was most helpful. One issue was the person above who had heavy footsteps during ungodly hours. Perhaps a note to guest about being quiet during specific hours would be help.
This apartment is extremely well located with walking access to Cais de Sodre, Baixa-Xiado, Praza de Comercio, Barrio Alto and all the main attractions in the city center. Baixa Xiado Metro station is within 10 Minutes Walk. The area is full of restaurants and convenient shops.
The apartment is very well renovated, well maintained and well equipped with kitchen stuff and also washing machine.
Excellent Place to stay !
A hidden gem. Beautiful breakfast spread, really cute bar. The staff were so helpful and lovely. So convenient to everything location wise. I’d stay here again and again.
Particularly nice is the staff, which made you feel welcome and part of the family. The rooms were clean and well-kept although our particular room was quite small. Breakfasts were great!
Great apartment, great patio, great view. My only issue is the area the apartment is in is saturated with foreign hipsters looking to party. We travel regularly as a family with our school age children to experience the world and culture, and when we return to Lisbon I’ll choose a neighborhood that has less drinking in the parks and streets, less drug dealers, and less shirtless diners. But if this is what you’re looking for and can afford $400/night, you might love this place.
This was a great apartment style hotel. It was clean, modern and roomy. Please note that there is no front desk, but rather you contract them in advance to revive an access coffee for the building and your room. The system worked well, it is just something to be aware of. It was in a great location and I'd recommend my friends to stay there. Please note that it is not wheelchair accessible and there are some stairs required to reach the entrance.
Good place. Instructions were good, but needed clarification. Could not make the TV work. Not a big deal, but the lack of help from the location is troubling. Be aware that is a step 3 floors, with several flight of stairs. We were going into a 3 weeks trip and had 4 bags. It was a lot of work to get the bags in the room, but nothing to do with the property.
Perfect flat with an enormous bathroom. White, bright, clean and french balconies with a view down to the iconic 28-tram.
Great great service!
The cleaning fee on 20 euro per night could have been included in the total price.
Overall wonderful stay. The room was excellent, except it turned out to be very noisy when some of the neighbors got back to their rooms. But s soon as the staff heard about it, they were ready and super willing to fix the problem. Really wonderful hotel experience. This hotel is also in a quiet and elegant neighborhood. Easy access to the airport and attractions. Highly recommend it.
I booked this hotel for my daughter who is studying abroad and wanted to visit Lisbon. Because she'd be traveling alone, I did a lot of research of all the hotels, the neighborhoods, safety, things to do, places to eat, etc. before deciding this hotel seemed like the best choice.
My daughter confirms! In her words, the hotel was GREAT! The staff were very kind and super helpful. The views from the room are amazing and it was so pretty. They have a large breakfast selection. She always felt safe...
