Hotel is ideally located for the major sites in Lisbon. The suites are spacious and well appointed. Hotel is very clean with a nice bar area and outside terrace. Breakfast was good. Only negative is that you can hear the metro running which can be off putting late at night or early morning.

This is a beautiful hotel located on a pedestrian street in a great location in Baixa area. Very quiet with spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, attentive service, and includes a delicious breakfast buffet. They have a pretty patio area where you can have a coffee or cocktails from the small bar. There are so many hotels to choose from and we're so glad we picked Portugal Boutique Hotel. Very easy to get transportation from Bolt, Uber or Tuk Tuk just outside the door. Lots of restaurants, outdoor cafes and shopping nearby. Many flat streets make walking easy. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff, very clean property and room, great location near a Tram 28 stop. Only downside was the regular train noise - noticeably loud. I slept fine but others more sensitive to noise might want to either play quiet music or choose another location. Not sure if other rooms might be better as well. I was on the 3rd floor.

This hotel was in a very good location for sightseeing Lisbon. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions for sightseeing, Metro access, and an excellent breakfast was provided. Great hotel in a great location. Literally steps to the Rossi station, tons of great restaurants nearby that aren’t tourist traps. Room was very spacious and modern, and the staff was wonderful. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and convenient to the train, tram, and subway systems. Good breakfast, and a rooftop bar at their sister hotel next door. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights in June 2026. The room was spacious and bright with a well appointed washroom.(There is an in-room safe which I appreciate.) Breakfasts had good choices and the hotel staff to a person were very friendly and attentive. The position of the hotel is excellent with great walkability, restaurants and access to much of what Lisbon has to offer. I would have no hesitation staying here again.
