Cute, boutique style hotel in an older building. The front desk staff was great to work with and very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We LOVED our stay at the Bica FLH Suites! The staff were very friendly, and they allowed us to check in early when we arrived sooner than expected. They also packed us a breakfast when we had to leave early to catch a flight. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for more nights with them! Can't recommend this beautiful place enough.

Loved this location. It was our first time in Lisbon and it was a great location. Really close to everything, nice food places and shops nearby. The area was nice and quiet. The hotel itself was lovely, room was super spacious and clean. Can hear when other people are in the corridor but didnt find this an issue. Breakfast included, bot a massive spread but nice option. 10/10 would stay again.

The hotel is charming and the staff very friendly and professional. We woke up to the smell of warm chocolate croissants every day from the breakfast buffet two floors below. It was 90 degrees in Lisbon during our stay and the air conditioning was not working well the first two nights but was fixed by the third night. Other than that everything was excellent. The staff helped us arrange an airport shuttle as we needed to be at the airport before the metro began operating, but otherwise the metro station was only a couple of blocks away. The neighborhood felt very safe, it was a great location to explore Lisbon from.
