Loved it! Cute town and lovely breakfast. Nice restaurant at the neck back Pecks and casual pub food at the front. On small thing service was slow in the pub food and breakfast. Seems understaffed! Eveything else was great.
The staff were very helpful. I asked for a few things (extra towel, extra sheet, glasses of ice), and all my requests were filled quickly and with lots of friendliness. The room was comfortable with comfy bed and pillows. I've been in lots of hotels this trip, and this was definitely one of the best.
If you're seeking the quintessetial English county location, this is it. The scenery is beautiful. There is a wonderful pub and restaurant, where the food is actually exceptional. Our room was fantastic, clean and authentically English. Well-appointed with a comfortable 4-poster bed. The Bull Head Inn seems like a bit of a fairy tale, but is not at all contrived. Truly authentic English charm.
We had a great stay here with our two dogs. The staff was wonderful and we really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Dinner and drinks were enjoyed every night. It’s in a good location to access hikes without driving anywhere.
Really enjoyed our stay here at the INNSiDE by Melia (Manchester location). Staff were extremely polite and helpful from the get-go - and though we arrived earlier than the check in time we were accommodated and allowed to use the spa area (shower, sauna) to freshen up after a long international flight.
Very happy with the hotel, room, amenities etc. The location is very convenient…it’s near some awesome coffee shops, cafe’s, and also not far from main Manc’s city center.
Bedroom was clean .. only thing I could suggest is having a phone for housekeeping such as needing toilet roll extra otherwise need to go down to reception .. check in and checkout was fairly easy no hassle .. tea and coffee was also downstairs and unlimited - good feature but can make it bit easier if had kettle in the room .. also was advised tap water was drinkable .. maybe a filtered water machine could be a great asset.
