Rooms were nice, some friendly helpful staff. Spa is at an extra cost and quite spenny as doesn’t state this on the main page only on T&Cs. Wasn’t sure why the hotel couldn’t book the spa directly on our behalf but it is only a short walk. Food was good but we waited over an hour for it. They apologised and gave us free drinks without asking. Rooms are nice but corridor is a-bit noisy and can hear this in your room. Overall spa 6/10 (too expensive if your staying there) Overall hotel 7/10

Great location. Lovely staff members. Spa treatments were amazing. Room was lovely but bear in mind if your staying top floor in summer there absolutely stifling and not pleasant to sleep in. The fans don’t do much really.
