"It’s overall very clean. Staff really tried to help for our early check in. Breakfast is good. I like the coffee shop too.
The hotel gives you a very clean and peaceful feel!"
"We absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful rooms very large for Europe standards. The pool and spa were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Amsterdam."
"This hotel is very well located near Vondelpark, which made it easy to explore the area on foot or by bike. The hotel has its own bikes available to rent, which was really convenient for getting around the city.
We also appreciated the hotel's environmental consciousness — for example, the air conditioning automatically switches off when you open the windows.
The lobby café is a lovely spot to relax with delicious coffee and pastries.
Overall, a great stay with a good location and nice...

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.
Lovely stay. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. We loved how walkable the area was from the hotel/train station. Would definitely stay again.
All the rooms are different which makes them interesting. Comfortables beds, though pillows could be softer. Free bottle of champagne in suite was nice surprise. Loved the tea and pressed coffee set up in room for mornings or chilly afternoons. A steamer in the closet is better than ironing board. Room was quiet for outside noise, but some mechanical noises but not awful. Room service was good and Janz was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Area around hotel was great boutique shopping. Would...
The hotel is walkable to a number of the places we were visiting. I liked that it wasn’t in the city center but only 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
I arrived 6:00 a.m., I was tired, I was hot, I look like I had beaten with a wet towel. I was so grateful when the gentleman looked at me and he said we'll get you into a room right away. I had been traveling for 19 hours. They got me into a room and it was beautiful, it was clean and it was cool. I was out like a light! I can never thank them enough for their kindness and checking me in so early in the morning.
I have stayed in several different hotels in Amsterdam. This is the best hotel for the average person -- noting I am sure there are some nicer hotels that would cost $400 a night. This hotel is perfectly located between the Museum Quarter, the old section, next to Rembrandt Square, very close to the mile long walking mall, near other great shopping streets. Walking distance to the Jordaan district which is my favorite area. The hotel provides first rate breakfasts that spare no expense. ...
Lovely upscale hotel with amazing amenities including a fitness center, spa services, large pool and sauna, delicious restaurants, and pure comfort and space in the room. Coffee machine in the room, pillow menu, bath amenities. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the metro station to get to the city center or anywhere around Amsterdam. My only minor complaint was that the tv remote was covered in some questionable gunk and was definitely not cleaned.
Top notch in all areas of a stay in Amsterdam. Had a corner room with glass on both walls. Just a great feel and elegance to stay. Would have given 6 stars if an option. Can walk to Musueum district. Loads of bike paths. Breakfast buffet quality is a whole new level. Like being between airport and city center.
Felt very safe as a solo traveler. The room was small but laid out nice that it didn’t feel too bad. The staff was great as well as location to the metro. Will definitely stay here again in the future
