It was enough space for myself and big shower room. There was food and drink served and you can sit in cafe. The bus 391 was a great service took only 10 mins into city centre.

Minimal but everything you need to enjoy your stay. The room got a little too warm and AC would not go lower, otherwise my stay was pleasant. Night staff, amazing. Would stay here again.

Great little Hotel, Very clean and the staff are wonderful. The online checking in system is a bit of a pain but other than this its great. Nice little cafe/restaurant within the hotel which had a tasty breakfast. Would happily stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting amsterdam for the first time. Amazing hotel really! Placement of hotel looks further than it is. Only 5 minute to bus, 10 min to city. 10 min to metro, 5 min to central station. There is also an INCREDIBLE vintage fashion store nearby called raaad. I loved how cozy the hotel room was :)

It all digital with a reliable, efficient keycard. Thou the kitchen staff to the Poppies cafe are separate from the hotel itself. They go above and beyond their service despite their cafe role. The hotel should greatly appreciate them. It is their smiles and embrace each day that made the stay kind and welcoming.

It was not bad for a solo traveler. The space is clean and tidy. Just be aware it is very tight, so use it mainly to sleep and freshen up in the morning or evening. The staff is excellent and helps with any request if they can.

Great place to stay if you're planning to be out and about most of the time. Lovely room, designed for sleeping more than anything else.

Very nice, welcoming staff. Great place to stay for night or two. Was a bit small for two travelers

The good: Breakfast was good, room was decent and close to the bus stop. It's an auto hostel so there's no check-in desk, but it was easy to self check-in from your phone. Location seems safe, building seems fairly new. The few issues: The shower unfortunately drained really slow, leaving you standing in a puddle by the end of a shower. I also found 2 strands of hair from someone else in blankets (long dark hair that wasn't mine) when I first checked in.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent, breakfast was delicious!!! The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the ferry, which takes you across to Amsterdam Centraal Station and the city center. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a peaceful area while still having easy access to the main attractions.

Room was very compact, bed a good size and the air conditioning was definitely needed as no windows in room. The light box added the daylight effect but no window was unexpected. Using your phone as door key works well. Drawers under bed were needed as so little room to move once actually in. Did not get sent the email to check in during the day, so had to get that resent, staff were helpful in sorting that out.

A basic en suite room with air conditioning. We needed a place to stay within easy reach of Centraal station and an early departure. Poppies fitted the bill and had plenty of food options nearby.

4/10 Fair

The hotel is unstaffed. Upon arrival, I had not received the correcr check-in email for the mobile key. I had to ask the workers at the restaurant for help. This was very poor, and I believe a hotel should be staffed. The rooms also appeared desceptively bigger than in the photos. If you have suitcases, I would not bother booking this room as they won't fit. There are no windows in the rooms, which is not nice. Because of this, they require constant AC. At some points, the AC in my room would start smelling foul, but you can't turn it off otherwise the room gets too hot. The AC blows in your face all night. Apart from that, rooms are clean and location is close to a bus stop with a quick bus to the centre.
