The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it. "

"We had very good weather, place is close to beach and area has a very long path to walk between the beach and hotels. A lot of places to eat, close to all the things to see, treetopwalking is a must, dogs are not allowed eventhough its possible and easy to get around.
Kingschair is a almost 3 km walk throuh the forest and back again, i would consider møns klint a better place, but the walk in the wood was cousy, however Rügen and the hotel is a place we are likely to visit again"

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic.

hotel. Right on the beach and the pool area is fantastic. We stayed in an apartment which was well equipped with everything you need.
It's quite a walk to town but on a warm summer evening, that is fine.

"This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good. "
