Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic.

Hotel and facilities were great, I loved to poll and the excellent service. I Found only 2 issues, the curtains in the room did not block the sunlight so it was hard to sleep past 6:00am and the shower was a bit small and had some issues with warm and cold water.

Beautiful spa with amazing facilities. The buffet which was €27 was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The people that work are very helpful and courteous. I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am. Again absolutely wonderful people throughout. Also spa prices for wellness were very reasonable.

Gute Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand, im Haus alles gut erreichbar, an vielen Ecken nagt dennoch der Zahn der Zeit, Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend, wird das Abendessen gebucht bei im Rahmen der HP , hat man jedoch nur 1,5 Stunden Zeit zum Essen, dann kommen schon die nächsten Gäste , so bleibt die Entschleunigung im Urlaub etwas auf der Strecke, hier wünsche ich eine andere Vorgehensweise, um Erholung wirklich zu spüren, auch um die Getränke genießen zu können

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts eine Veranstaltung am Samstag im Hotel, so dass die Essenszeiten beim Abendbuffet drastisch reduziert wurden, dafür gab es auch weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine kompensation…..sehr schade, ein Hinweis auf der Webseite hätte im Vorfeld auch schon genügt um die Tages Termine besser abzustimmen.

De skal have bedre styr på deres systemer. Jeg blev afkrævet fukd pris for værelset ved udcheckning selvom jeg havde betalt via Expedia 6 uger før. Den stakkels receptionist kunne ikke gennemskue det, men måtte have fat i en supervisor før jeg fik pengene ført tilbage på mit kort. Ud over det tog en del tid har jeg fået omkostninger i kursdifference ved at føre betaling frem og tilbage.

Personalen var inte serviceinriktade. Man saknade all grundläggande gästfrihet. Ingen hälsade oss välkomna nör vi kom eller frågade hur det funkar för oss. Det var som att man inte fått lära sig grundläggande kunskap i att se människor i ögonenoch få gästerna att känna sig välkomna. När vi checkade ut var man helt tyst. Man frågade inte hur vistelsen varit eller hälsade oss välkomna tillbaka. Personalen kändes som de var anställda för att ta betalt i en tunnelbana.
