Only slight concern was due to only having one member of staff on reception I queued for 25 mins to check out but other staff did intervene to try and help and eventually one was able to complete the process in the back office. The only slight cloud on anotherwise ecxcellent stay and it has not put me off. Good value and a nice vibe."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights after a trip at the beach. Unfortunately I found the room dated and there to be several issues during our stay. The room could have been cleaner and toilet rolls were not replaced at any point, also one of the lights in the bathroom was constantly flickering throughout. The male

"Not the typical hotel. we stayed at a 3 bedrooms and 4 &1/2 bathrooms apartment with full kitchen, laundry, spacious living-room, diner-room, perfect for a big family. The apartment was in very good conditions and very clean. It is located walking distance from Dubai Mall, in the downtown. There are restaurants, pharmacy and a 24 hours open market in the block so you can buy food to cook or things you forgot at home. Excellent location.

are is super clean and there are so many helpful employees that will help you with anything.
The service during breakfast is amazing! They welcome you and really show an interest in you. They also remembered who we all were (went as a family).
