I definitely recommend this property to anybody who's going to spend a few days in Dubai. Their location is great, the beach is beautiful, there are swimming pools, restaurants, activities. Everything you want in one place. It's beautiful and the service is excellent
We had a wonderful stay at the resort. This is a place for families which are looking for a family vacation at the lego parks. This is probably not a good place if you want to explore Dubai as its far from the city. Hotel it self is beautifully theamed around lego world. Perfect place for kids who are in to legos. Staff , both at the hotel and resort is excellent. They are friendly, helpful and responsible. They will go above and beyond to make your stay better. I would love to come again.
Truly a 5 star resort! Beautiful rooms, spacious, lots of amenities, great food and more. But be warned all are not inclusive as Expedia’s advertising. I saw no warning on the site to pick or chose. Normally all inclusive is in the pricing or you can chose. I though it was in the price. Got there I found out differently. I had room only.
I would have paid extra upfront had I known.

Only Valet parking available ( Free of Charge ). I rented a car and wanted to park myself but very complicated. I gave to the Valet no issues. Swimming pool in another building and every time somebody with a key card will take you.. These are 2 negative points BUT otherwise absolutely no complains. Great room. Walk to the main part of JBR walk is about 7-10 minutes and same for beach. I got a good price as compared to other JBR hotels. Will definitely stay here again. Mcdonalds just one minute...
My anniversary trip was impeccable thanks to all the staff at W Dubai the Palm. We were greeted warmly at check in and provided us with a lovely complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and well appointed. All hotels areas are beautiful and well maintained. If you’re looking for a little bit of beach/tropical vibes to compliment your trip to Dubai, I highly recommend W Dubai. The location on the palm is beautiful. The beach area is clean and the pool (Wet Deck) area is lively and cool....
It was my first time staying here and I loved it. The staff are so professional and helpful. The cafe downstairs has great coffee and the room service food was delicious. Special shout out to Katrina as she ensured that I have such a great stay for my birthday! She’s so kind and helpful. Definitely visiting again.
