"We booked a high floor club room for 7 nights and were pleased that we got checked in at 10am as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was okay, nothing fantastic, however all the staff were very accommodating. Due to the current situation the normal lounge was not operational however we were given unlimited alcoholic drinks and meals every evening which was great. A big thank you to Rakesh tge hotel manager who really looked after us 😀 Hotel is located literally 2 minutes walk to the metro"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing stay — made extra special by the wonderful team! Just got back from our stay at Sheraton The Grand, Dubai and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish it was absolutely amazing — the hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are fantastic, and everything was exactly what we needed for the perfect holiday. But what really made our time here stand out was the staff — they were so friendly, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth and care really did make this holiday feel so special. A huge, special thank you to Asiya in particular — she was always there for us, helped us out so much with everything we needed, and her kindness and attention made such a difference to our trip. We really appreciate everything she did for us! If you’re thinking of staying here — do it. Beautiful hotel, brilliant location, and a team that truly cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be back❤️"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The location is excellent, right in the heart of JBR with easy access to the beach, The Walk, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the beach and the overall atmosphere of the property. Breakfast had a very good selection, and the service throughout our stay made us feel welcome. Even though the hotel is in a busy area of Dubai, it was a great place to relax and enjoy Jumeirah Beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. I would recommend the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah to anyone looking for a comfortable beachfront hotel in a great Dubai location."
