"I loved our stay in Alexander House hotel. I am 60 and my mum who was with me is 80. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has walking difficulties as there are a lot of steps and levels. We really had to pace ourselves but it was well worth it. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly. Plenty of choice for meals. "Staying at this hotel is amazing. The location of the cliffs of Agia Pelagia is probably one of the best sights on the island. Also the staff os very helpful and friendly and gives you a 5 star treatment. Only downside are the rooms. If you book a cheap room in the side building, please make sure you bring earplugs. The walls are very thin, and you can hear other people in the rooms and around the building very well! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Marine Palace, it was easily accessible and we had a 5 month old plus pram in tow, pool selection was great and the food was excellent, lovely choice and highlight was the BBQ by the Sea! "Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
