"Great hotel and very good breakfast"

"Wonderful stay from the first minutes entering the hotel. Great staff and lovely room. Had dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was excellent. Breakfast both mornings was exceptional. Helped us find transportation to our next stop."

"Everything about this hotel is perfect, lovely and comfortable rooms, great staff and good location. Dimitris went above and beyond for us, perfect stay! Thanks so much."

"Couldn’t be happier with our stay at Porta Suites. So comfortable and clean and near everything in the center. And the hot tub at the end of the day was the cherry on top. Very nice staff also! "

"Wonderful location! "

"Delightful people, location, village. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. As you find All over Europe, the showers are small."

"Gorgeous interior design. Stayed in Room 6 for 1 night in winter. Very quiet and beautiful view. The design and finishes in the room were extraordinary for a small room. The patio was big with a nice view as well as the stylish and comfortable outdoor furniture. I was warm, comfortable, safe and quite happy. Will definitely be back in summer "

"Pour ce séjour du mois d’octobre 2026, nous avons eu un excellent contact avec Maria. La chambre correspondait précisément à l’annonce et au prix, j’ajouterai en mieux. La qualité des prestations, des matériaux et du concept nous ont plu. L’ascenseur et le personnel ajoutent à ce passage chez Mosaic. L’hôtel est situé très près de l’hyper-centre à pied. Il convient de s’intéresser aux parkings proches."

"Room was clean, view from the balcony was awesome! Staff very friendly and helpful!"

"A wonderful hotel in a quiet area of Heraklion. Just a short walk from the main centre. Staff are very helpful and our room was perfect. Breakfast had a number of options. The hot-tub was great to relax in at night after roaming all day."

"This place amazing and very modern. Staff is excellent."

"Everything about this place is fantastic - The people, the food, the views, the rooms all incredible. "

"Amazing! Beautiful staff, clean room, delicious breakfast. We will stay again! "

"A wonderful breakfast with very nice staff ."

"Manos is a great host, beautiful courtyard and authentic stay in Heraklion, close to everything! Try Peskesi or Erganos for dinner and Wild Child for coffee nearby."

"Property was good and breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was plentiful as well (leave a lot of time for it). Area was quiet and nice. The thing that was annoying, however, was tha light in the washroom was turning on at night when you tried using it, waking up both yourself and your family members."

"The breakfast was super nice."

"Great space for a family with nice decor and excellent location. Superb value!"

"Really close to the harbour and attractions and lots of food places. Basic room, there are three bathrooms in the hallway, one unisex with toilet and sink and separate male and female with 3 shower stalls and 2 toilets. Unfortunately the door pin didn't work that day and so you had to knock on the door till someone inside opened it. There was a key in the morning to open it, but no pin."
