stayed 2 nigths in sept with family, the hotel is nice - sharing the service and reception with anither hotel across the street. rooms , beds , shower all good. Balcony facing a backstreet. the hotel is in a outskirt area of the more central streets if the town. the pool is much smaller that in pictures and cold - not in sun really. good place - without kids we would have considered comming back - would pay the same and get better closer to beach/city

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family and I’d absolutely recommend it. The size and layout of our apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We found the kitchen to be fully equipped for cooking and there was a dishwasher and coffee maker. We were also pleasantly surprised by the washing machine tucked away in a cupboard. The staff were wonderful and always very helpful if we had a question. An absolute gem of a place!

We stayed for a couple of nights with kids. It was comfortable and clean. Just know that it is surrounded by older buildings. But well insulated so we didn't hear the traffic. Good for a quick stay. Staff was helping. We got in late but it was a keyless entry and staff sent good instructions. Washing machine was helpful.

A very unique, stylish property, brand new in 2025. Everything inside is fine. Dishwasher and washing machine in the suite. On the other hand, no on-site parking and the front desk (available 12 hours per day) is located in the 3 Pines property across the street.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au The Pal Living Concept et nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable : toujours souriant, accueillant, disponible et prêt à nous aider lorsque nous en avions besoin. Leur gentillesse a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin au quotidien. La chambre était propre, moderne, confortable et très bien équipée. La cuisine dans la chambre est un vrai plus, notamment pour un séjour de plusieurs jours : c’est très pratique et cela permet de se sentir un peu comme à la maison. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le balcon, très agréable pour profiter de l’extérieur. Enfin, la piscine est superbe et très appréciable, notamment après une journée de visite sous le soleil crétois. Un vrai moment de détente ! Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Une très belle adresse à Héraklion que nous recommandons à 100 % !

Appartement neuf, avec une super literie dans la chambre. Très bien équipé avec une Clim bizone bien agréable pour 4 personnes. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel à 15 mn à pied du centre historique. Difficile de se garer dans le petit parking extérieur de l’hôtel. La piscine est trop petite pour pouvoir en profiter. Personnel très sympathique
