Grande Prairie is applauded for its entertainment choices with enlightening attractions such as Bonnetts Energy Centre and Grande Prairie Live Theatre. The city has something for everyone including sights like Muskoseepi Park and The Great Northern Casino within a sunny setting.
I lived in GP for 22 years and enjoyed it immensely. The city is just the right size and has all the amenities i needed. Would definately recommend Grande Prairie for new families and up starting businesses.

Easy to get around and we enjoy what it has to offer. If going out to eat, be sure to visit the Old Trapper restaurant. Excellent food and nice to support a family owned business.

There was road construction going on near our Motel, which was a bit of a nuisance, access wise, but it wasn't still quiet inside. Grande Prairie has some very strange access roads, with many different right of ways, which could be dangerous.

I like Grande Prairie outside of the drivers in the city. Could use some more places to go for teenagers other than a mall.

"Great stay! Right by the mall and the skylark lounge had amazing food and even better service from Mandi! She was the only one serving, bartending, running food and she made sure every table was taken care of! "
