The restaurant and bar were fantastic, staff so helpful and kind, beautiful setting and comfortable bed. My only complaint was tiny bathroom. 5 stars for sure!

The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed.

I'm so sad that we were only in town for one night. My sister and I did a road trip around Scotland, and this was our last night. It was the BEST hotel we stayed in. The staff was amazing and nice. The hotel was quirky and upscale. The breakfast was delicious (the best we had eaten the whole time we were in Scotland).

Nice historic-looking property. Front desk person was great! Only complaint was having to haul my luggage up and down three flights of steps to get to my room. No lift.

Fantastic gem of a place in the heart of Paisley. A few minutes walk from plenty of eateries, the train and Paisley Abbey. Newly renovated, former department store from years back and now a great little modern apartment hotel. A little road noise being on the main drag but select just fine. Secure parking, comfy beds and overall, just a great stay here.

Booked this hotel for its location as we were seeing a show at the SEC Hydro. Really happy with the check in, room and location.

We loved our stay here! Great location in the West End next to the "Hop-on-Hop-off" tour bus line. Excellent restaurant. Very comfortable beds, larger than average rooms, excellent shower. Great place to stay within easy walking distance of the city centre. Breakfast is really good and the discounted parking across the road was an added bonus.

Lovely boutique experience, with spacious room. Close to the river walk. Pool and spa were great. However, since it is open to membership, it closes early and is very crowded late afternoon with classes.

The staff was fantastic! From the front desk to the young lady who runs breakfast by herself, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very nice and we enjoyed the dining room and the bar.

An all-around pleasant experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location to the city center.
