"The hotel is a very short walk to the airport as well as the tram terminus. The staff were welcoming. The bedroom room was both spacious and comfortable. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. However the choice of food on the evening menu was a bit limited."

"We booked a family room, it was overall OK, bathroom was shabby. We had lunch which was not good,tasteless. The plates were full when the waiter picked up the plates. I would have thought he would have commented on this. Dinner was Salmon n potatoes,and Ravioli. Salmon was dry. Ravioli was nice. Would I stay again,sadly no, A 4 star hotel should have excellent food x we stay in lots of hotels up and down UK and lower rated hotels have much better food ..."
