"This hotel has so much potential but is not making changes or updating to its fullness. You definitely are paying the price for the mountain view more then the accomodations here. It was ok but for what I paid was not as nice as I expected. Some furniture in my room was broken. A chair's upholstery was stained. The bathtub was very slippery while taking a shower with nothing to grab to keep from falling. I'm not handicapped either. Breakfast was not included you had to pay for what your ordered from the connected restaurant and it was not worth it either. Food was basic and bland and service was not so good either. Know that you have to travel 15 minutes to other food options. The only plus to this stay was it's closeness to Natural Bridge State Park and the mountain views from a room with a balcony. Staff at the front desk with check-in and check out were friendly."

"Bathroom shower/bath wasn't senior friendly. Would have been nice to have a couple grab bars to enter the tub. I had some difficulties getting up and down on the toilet. A high profile commode would have been nice! Instead of the one tiny bar, it Would also have been nice to have an extra towel bar in the shower to hang wet towels on."
