Negatives first - this hotel is abit out the way, so if you plan on going, it might be worth more than a day trip/more than one night stay. The arcad/entertainment rooms are very dated and could use some investment. Maybe opt for a lake view, we chose Fuji but as it was cloudy it wasn’t the best view in the world. That’s it.... Positives - shuttle bus service from the train/bus station is fantastic. Check in was smooth and easy, the room was beautiful (room 807), dinner was clearly lovingly...

I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. We loved this place. Yes, the insides are a little dated and the feel of it is very rural. But the employees there are amazing and very helpful. The rooms themselves were extremely clean. The local bus line to all of touristy stuff around the area is 50 yards out the front door of the hotel.
