Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities too. Location a bit off the main road but ride shares/taxis had no problems finding it.

The hostel was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are nice private rooms for a decent price as well as cheap rooms with bunk beds. The location was very convinient, close to a supermarket, bus stop, and the lake, with a nice view of Mt Fuji

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. There were many options for breakfast and it was started promptly exactly on time. The facility was completely adequate and the room was nice and tidy. I thought it was a fun touch that in the rooms they have prints that are inspired by traditional Japanese fabric prints. Dont forget to call the shuttle service that hotel provides. There is very limited transportation in the area. Place is very relaxing and a lot of amenities available. The staff is very friendly and would even go above and beyond the service they provide. The front desk person drove us to the market just to buy the fuji apple that we wanted before getting dropped off the train station. The breakfast was good.
