立地とお部屋は良いものの、気になる点も。 河口湖から近く、立地はとても良いです。建物もまだ新しく、ベッドが大きいことや、バスタブが綺麗だった点も好印象でした。 一方で、施設内は細かな砂利敷きのうえ、傾斜のある場所が多く、階段も多いため、ペットカートやベビーカーでの移動は本当に大変でした。雨の日はさらに不便なのではないかと感じます。立地や施設のコンセプトを考えると、もう少し移動のしやすさに配慮していただけると嬉しいです。 また、デッキには以前からあると思われる大きなクモの巣が残っており、ソファなどの埃も気になりました。せっかく新しい施設なのに、清掃やメンテナンスが行き届いていない印象を受けたのは残念です。 さらに、ベッドサイドのランプがUSB仕様で、使用するには自分でプラグを用意する必要がある点も不便に感じました。宿泊施設として、誰でもすぐに使える設備だとありがたいです。 立地やお部屋そのものは魅力的なので、動線の改善や清掃、設備面が見直されれば、より快適に過ごせる宿になると思います。 ただ、宿泊料金とのバランスも含めて総合的に考えると、個人的には一度泊まれば十分かな、という感想です。

静かな所。朝、鹿を見た。車でないと行けない。看板が小さいので見落としやすい。部屋はきれいでとても落ち着ける。ベットは、大きい。ソファも家にいるようにくつろげる。

今回親子3人とペット2匹で利用しました。 山の中で周りが暗く、その日は私たちだけだったので、夜に外に出た時に少し寂しく不安に思いましたが、部屋の中はとても快適でした。 ペット用品も充実していて、アメニティや、充電器なども揃っていました。キッチン用品も豊富でした。 リビングも広く快適で、ベッドの寝心地がとても良かったです。 疲れがしっかりリセットされました。 こちらのマットレスは最高でした。 近くにコンビニもあり便利です。 今回利用してとても満足です。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

自然の中で静かな時間が過ごせて、とても満足です。今度はわんちゃんと一緒にきたいです。 ただ、バスルームの扉の幅ご狭くて、水が飛び散ってしまうところが残念だったのと お部屋へ行く際に坂が舗装されていず、石がすべって転んでしまったので、危ないなととおもいました。

部屋は清潔で、犬と一緒でしたが、周りに気兼ね無く過ごせ、快適でした。冷蔵庫が、簡易的な物だったので、冷凍庫もついた冷蔵庫があればアイスクリームを風呂あがりに食べられるのにと、思いました。あしもとが、砂利の坂道で、すべりやすく、荷物を運ぶのが大変でした。
